What does a kitchen remodel actually cost?
Every kitchen is priced after we have seen the room. What moves the number is the size of the space, whether plumbing or walls move, the cabinetry line you choose and the counter material. Your free in home estimate comes back as a written price, and any upgrade is quoted in writing before you decide.
How long will my kitchen be out of use?
It depends on the scope, and we give you a realistic date at the design stage rather than an optimistic one. Because one crew handles the whole build, there is no waiting on outside trades between phases, which is usually where schedules slip.
Do you handle design and construction, or just one?
Both. Design, material selection and construction all happen in house, and one project manager runs your job from the estimate through the final walkthrough.
Can I see the kitchen before work starts?
Yes. Our Virtual Studio produces a 3D preview of the finished room, and you can see and handle the actual materials, over 200 samples, in the Laguna Hills showroom before anything is ordered.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. Where your project needs permits we handle the drawings, the submittal and the inspections as part of the job.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed, bonded and insured under CSLB 1018274, and NKBA certified.
